Having recently taken over this long-established micro vineyard we are experimenting with more sustainable management practices including; minimal till, cover cropping, regenerative pruning and of course the exclusion of chemical inputs. The rest of the property is dedicated to our eco-friendly kitchen garden and reforestation initiatives.

Over this 12 month course we will show you not only how to plan and set up your garden but also how to manage it. We will cover a wide range of topics.
